The long list update

Hello version 1.0 <3

Online Retro Tennis now has a free and complete version.

Here's the list:

New Content
- Retro Mode now has retro sounds.

Changes
- I have added a full screen button on the title screen to activate full screen mode.
(and the button will be invisible when in full screen mode)
- Made it more clear which paddle the player is about to select (mouse over paddle).
- When you press a button on the gamepad, mouse cursor is made invisible. Clicking on a mouse button makes it appear again.

Things I have fixed
- Multiplayer: added a "TURN" server as extra option to make a connection with another player, to increase possibility to connect with eachother.
- A few things from the title screen: unwanted buttons visible or clickable.
- A few things from the Retro Mode: adjusted ball size, paddle trail.
- Redraw the window every 80 seconds, to prevent strange "tearing"-effect when a notification is displayed outisde the game window.
